Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit.
If you would like to request overnight or expedited shipping, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order.
Expedited orders may ship via UPS or FedEx and will include an additional shipping charge. The final cost will depend on the shipping method, destination, and timing of the request.
All in-stock items ship the same day your order is received whenever possible.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, the maximum estimated ship time is typically up to two weeks. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you with an update.

Each piece is placed in a beautiful jewelry box finished with our signature ribbon. Your jewelry is then carefully packed in a sturdy shipping box with a packing slip and custom printed tissue paper for added protection.

We offer a 60-day warranty against manufacturer defects beginning on the date your order is received. If your item has a manufacturer defect within the first 60 days, we will review the issue and either repair or replace the item when approved.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, improper care, alterations, resizing, or damage that occurs after delivery for reasons unrelated to a manufacturer defect.
