Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
If your refund has been approved but you haven’t received it yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the eligible return once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
